I want to acknowledge the privilege I felt working with your staff recently. I was so impressed with their insights and caring for the patients. Their attention to detail and the little kindnesses they offered in their work was touching.  Often people are quick to criticise care these days but often much goes unseen. Please pass these comments to the staff.
